Account

Go to okpiso.my/register and fill in the registration form — your full name, date of birth, mobile number, region, and email address. Then create a username and password. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free. After submitting, check your inbox for a verification email from OKPiso and click the link to activate your account. Once verified, make a first deposit of ₱100 or more and you're ready to play.

18 years old. OKPiso strictly enforces this. Your date of birth is collected at registration and verified against your government ID before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are permanently closed and reported to relevant authorities. OKPiso makes no exceptions to its age verification policy.

No. OKPiso allows one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts violate the Terms and Conditions and will be closed on discovery. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited after investigation. If you accidentally created two accounts, contact support@okpiso.my immediately to resolve it before any action is taken.

You don't need any documents to register or to play. Documents are only required before your first withdrawal. At that point, OKPiso will ask for a valid government-issued photo ID — a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence are all accepted. Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Your username cannot be changed once set — choose carefully at registration. Your email address can be updated from your account settings, but the change requires verification via both the old and new email addresses for security reasons. For any account detail changes that aren't self-service, contact support@okpiso.my with your account information and the OKPiso team will assist.

Email support@okpiso.my with the subject line "Account Closure Request." The OKPiso team will process the closure after confirming your identity. Before closing, ensure all withdrawals have been processed as your wallet balance may not be recoverable after account deletion. If you're considering closure because of gaming concerns, the Responsible Gaming page has self-exclusion options that may better suit your needs.

First, check your spam or junk folder — the OKPiso verification email is occasionally filtered. If it's not there after a few minutes, contact support@okpiso.my with your registered email address in the message body and request a resend. Verification links expire after 24 hours so don't leave it too long.

Yes. Your OKPiso account works on smartphones, tablets, and desktop browsers — no app download is required, though a mobile app is available. Simultaneous logins from different devices are permitted. Your wallet balance, VIP points, and bet history sync in real time across all devices. Use "Remember me" on devices you personally own to stay logged in between sessions.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on OKPiso is ₱100. This applies regardless of which payment method you use. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification under OKPiso's anti-money laundering policy. All deposits are in Philippine Peso (₱).

Login to your OKPiso account and go to the Cashier section. Select GCash or Maya as your payment method, enter the amount (minimum ₱100), and confirm. You'll be redirected to the GCash or Maya payment screen to authorise the transfer. Funds appear in your OKPiso wallet almost instantly after authorisation. Make sure your GCash or Maya account has sufficient balance before initiating the deposit.

GCash and Maya deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers via InstaPay can take up to 2 business hours; PESONet transfers may take up to 24 hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, contact support@okpiso.my with your OKPiso username, the deposit amount, payment method used, transaction reference number, and the date and time of the transaction. The OKPiso team will investigate and manually credit confirmed deposits.

OKPiso does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your OKPiso wallet. Note that your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees in some cases — check with your provider if you're unsure. OKPiso has no control over third-party processing fees charged by payment providers.

Yes. OKPiso's Responsible Gaming tools include deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly. Go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits to set your preferred cap. Your first deposit of ₱100 or more triggers the OKPiso welcome bonus automatically — no code needed. OKPiso operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All deposits, withdrawals, wallet balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP. There are no foreign currency options and no conversion rates to worry about — everything you see on OKPiso is in pesos.

Withdrawals

Login to your OKPiso account and go to Cashier → Withdraw. Select your preferred payment method (GCash or Maya recommended for fastest processing), enter the withdrawal amount, and confirm. Your account must be verified (ID submitted and approved) before the first withdrawal is processed. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed same business day in most cases.

The minimum withdrawal on OKPiso is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though very large withdrawal requests may require additional processing time. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso (₱) to your nominated payment method.

Processing times for verified OKPiso accounts:
  • GCash / Maya: Same business day (most within 2–4 hours during business hours)
  • BDO / BPI / UnionBank via InstaPay: Same business day, up to 2 hours
  • PESONet bank transfer: 1–2 business days
  • Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank
Unverified accounts must complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed, which can add up to 24 hours.

OKPiso does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. Your nominated payment provider (GCash, Maya, bank) may apply their own incoming transfer fees in some cases — check with your provider. For Visa/Mastercard, processing fees charged by the card network are outside OKPiso's control.

Common reasons for a rejected OKPiso withdrawal include: unverified account (ID not yet submitted or approved), active bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements, a wallet balance that includes uncleared deposits, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the method used to deposit. Review the specific reason given in your account notification, or contact support@okpiso.my for clarification.

Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, not to your deposited balance. Your deposited real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to your account being verified. If your wallet contains active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met. The exact requirements for each bonus are listed in the Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawal requests that are still in pending status can be cancelled from within your OKPiso account (Cashier → Withdrawal History). Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Approved" status, it can no longer be cancelled from your account — contact support@okpiso.my immediately if you need to stop a processing withdrawal and the team will attempt to intercept it before funds are sent.

Bonuses & Promotions

After completing registration and verifying your email, make your first deposit of ₱100 or more on OKPiso. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to your wallet — no code required. The bonus amount and structure depend on the current promotion. Wagering requirements apply — full details are in the Terms and Conditions.

During registration, there is a Referral Code field on the security step. Referral codes from friends are entered here. For standalone promotional codes, log into your OKPiso account and go to Promotions → Redeem Code. If a promotion doesn't require a code (like the welcome bonus), it's applied automatically — no action needed from you.

Yes. OKPiso offers weekly cashback on net losses, credited every Monday for the previous week's activity. VIP Club members receive enhanced cashback rates depending on their tier. Reload bonuses are offered periodically on top-up deposits — these are notified by email or visible in the Promotions section of your account. Cashback is real money with no wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.

Bonuses on OKPiso have expiry dates — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. If a bonus expires before wagering requirements are met, it is forfeited automatically. Bonuses may also be forfeited if the account Terms are violated. Check the bonus history in your account dashboard to see the reason for removal. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough) is a multiplier applied to a bonus that determines how much total betting is required before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱10,000 in total bets using that bonus before it becomes withdrawable. Yes. OKPiso has a referral program where you earn a bonus when a friend registers using your referral code and makes their first qualifying deposit. Your referral code is available in your account settings. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer, but each friend must be a new, unique OKPiso account holder — referrals from existing players or duplicate accounts do not qualify.

Gold and Diamond VIP Club members receive a birthday bonus automatically credited to their OKPiso account during their birthday month. Make sure your date of birth is correctly entered in your account profile. Standard (Member and Silver) accounts do not receive automatic birthday bonuses but may receive occasional celebration promotions by email — make sure marketing emails are enabled in your account settings.

Bonus abuse includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using coordinated betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus hunting), using third-party software to manipulate play, or providing false information to claim a bonus. Color Game is a classic Filipino fiesta carnival game played with a board divided into six colours and three coloured dice. You bet on which colour(s) will appear on the dice when they're shaken. Pusoy (also known as Chinese Poker) is a popular Filipino card game where each player receives 13 cards and arranges them into three hands — a back hand of 5 cards, a middle hand of 5 cards, and a front hand of 3 cards. Every OKPiso account is automatically enrolled in the VIP Club from the moment of registration. There are four tiers: Member, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. You earn VIP points on every bet placed. As your cumulative points grow, you advance through tiers. Security

Contact support@okpiso.my immediately with the subject line "Urgent – Account Security." The OKPiso security team will lock the account right away, review recent login activity and transactions, and walk you through the verification steps to regain sole access. Change your password as soon as access is restored. Never share your OKPiso password with anyone, including people claiming to be OKPiso staff.

To change your password while logged in, go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm. To reset a forgotten password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page — a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes will be sent to your registered email. OKPiso staff will never ask for your password directly.

Yes. 2FA can be enabled from your account security settings after login. When enabled, a one-time verification code is required in addition to your password at each login from an unrecognised device. OKPiso also applies email-based verification automatically for sensitive actions such as password resets and large withdrawal requests. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended.

Account locks happen for several reasons: too many failed login attempts (temporary, auto-lifts after 30 minutes), suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse detection, or failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe. Responsible Gaming

Go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose a period — 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end date. A cooling-off period is a short, temporary block — 24 hours, 48 hours, or up to 7 days — that prevents you from logging in, depositing, or placing bets during that time. It's less formal than a full self-exclusion but works immediately and cannot be reversed once activated. It's useful if you feel like you need a short breather without a longer commitment. Activate it via Settings → Responsible Gaming → Take a Break.

No. Absolutely not.
