OKPiso Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings to avoid any confusion:

• "OKPiso" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" refers to OKPiso as the operator of the website at okpiso.my and all services provided through it.
• "You" / "player" / "user" / "member" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the OKPiso platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the OKPiso registration process.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" refers to the funds held in your OKPiso account available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Games" refers to all betting, gaming, and wagering products offered through the OKPiso platform, including but not limited to Sabong, Baccarat, Color Game, Pusoy, NBA Betting, and Esports Betting.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, cashback amounts, free bets, or any other non-cash incentive credited to your OKPiso account under a promotion.
• "VIP Club" means OKPiso's tiered loyalty programme described in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Philippine Peso" / "₱" is the sole currency used for all transactions on OKPiso.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an OKPiso account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. OKPiso strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification is conducted during the withdrawal process and may be requested at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual player — not on behalf of another person, company, or organisation.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on OKPiso or any other gaming platform in a jurisdiction that OKPiso is required to respect.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or family member of an employee of OKPiso or any of its affiliated companies.

3. Account Registration

Creating an OKPiso account is free and available to all eligible individuals. During registration, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when completing the registration form. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• You will maintain only one OKPiso account. Opening more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You will notify OKPiso promptly if any of your registration details change, particularly your contact information, by updating your account profile or contacting OKPiso support at support@okpiso.my.
• OKPiso reserves the right to require documentary verification of your identity at any time. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (e.g. PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence) and proof of residential address.

4. Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your OKPiso login credentials. This means:

• You must never share your OKPiso username or password with anyone else — including family members, friends, or any third party claiming to represent OKPiso support.
• OKPiso will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to OKPiso immediately.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your OKPiso account and update it if you believe it may have been compromised.
• Any activity that occurs under your OKPiso account login is your responsibility. OKPiso cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security, unless negligence by OKPiso is demonstrated.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact OKPiso support immediately at support@okpiso.my so we can investigate and, if necessary, freeze the account pending resolution.

5. Deposits

Funding your OKPiso account is available through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• The minimum deposit on OKPiso is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for most players, though higher amounts may be subject to additional verification under OKPiso's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your OKPiso account — are not permitted. Any such deposit will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• OKPiso does not accept cryptocurrency, wire transfers from overseas banks, or any payment method not listed in the current payment options on the platform.
• If a deposit does not appear in your OKPiso wallet within the expected processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate within 24 hours.

6. Withdrawals

OKPiso processes withdrawals through the same payment channels accepted for deposits. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount on OKPiso is ₱200. There is no daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large amounts may require additional processing time.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified OKPiso accounts are processed within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — same business day for most requests; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• OKPiso will only process withdrawals to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid government-issued ID. OKPiso may request additional documentation for larger withdrawal amounts or as required by compliance procedures.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your wallet balance is available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• OKPiso reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to investigate potential fraud, account sharing, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms. OKPiso will communicate the reason for any such delay.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

OKPiso offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all OKPiso promotions:

• Each bonus or promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or methods constitute bonus abuse.
• All bonuses on OKPiso are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple is stated on each promotion. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means ₱5,000 must be wagered using that bonus before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses typically have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.
• OKPiso reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including retroactively if evidence of abuse or exploitation is found. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players.
• Deposits made specifically to meet the minimum deposit requirement for a bonus must comply with the payment method restrictions stated in that bonus's terms. Some bonuses exclude deposits made via specific payment methods.
• OKPiso's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. If you believe a bonus was incorrectly credited or withheld, contact support with full details and we will review within 72 hours.

8. Gaming Rules

OKPiso offers a range of games including Sabong, Baccarat, Color Game, Pusoy, NBA Betting, and Esports Betting. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. The following general rules apply across all OKPiso games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. OKPiso cannot cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in cases where a technical error is identified by OKPiso's systems that materially affected the bet placement process.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game, OKPiso's records of the game state at the time of disconnection are used to determine the outcome. If a game cannot be determined from available records, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• For sports and esports betting, if a match or event is cancelled before commencement, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets are voided unless the player accepts the rescheduled date through a confirmation option displayed on OKPiso.
• OKPiso displays odds as they are available at the time of betting. For live in-game markets, odds may change rapidly and the odds confirmed at the point of bet placement are the odds applied to that bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within each game's betting interface. OKPiso reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

9. VIP Club

The OKPiso VIP Club is a four-tier loyalty programme — Member, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — available to all registered OKPiso players. Membership is automatic and free from the moment of registration.

• VIP points are earned at a rate of 1 point per ₱100 wagered across all OKPiso games. Points accumulate continuously and determine tier status.
• Tier upgrades occur automatically when point thresholds are reached. Current thresholds are: Member (0–2,999 pts), Silver (3,000–9,999 pts), Gold (10,000–19,999 pts), and Diamond (20,000+ pts). OKPiso reserves the right to revise these thresholds with prior notice.
• Weekly cashback is applied to your net losses from the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday) at the rate corresponding to your tier at the start of the new week. Cashback is credited to your OKPiso wallet every Monday and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. Accounts with no betting activity for more than 90 consecutive days may be subject to a tier maintenance review. Your dedicated account manager (Gold and above) will notify you before any tier adjustment occurs.
• VIP benefits — including birthday bonuses, dedicated account managers, priority support, and exclusive promotions — are described in detail on the VIP Club page and are subject to the terms stated there.
• OKPiso reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club, suspend VIP benefits, or reverse VIP-related credits if evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is found.

10. Prohibited Conduct

OKPiso maintains the integrity of its platform for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple OKPiso accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with OKPiso's games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug on OKPiso, you are required to report it to support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information improperly in real-time games, or otherwise manipulate results.
• Using OKPiso for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or using OKPiso transactions to disguise the origin of funds.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means, including providing false registration details or abusing promotional terms.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at OKPiso staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any restriction, limit, or exclusion applied to your account by OKPiso or requested by yourself under responsible gaming tools.

11. Responsible Gaming

OKPiso is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help every player maintain healthy gaming habits. These tools are available to all players regardless of their VIP tier and are accessible directly from your account settings.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your OKPiso account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to a deposit limit require a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect.
• Session timers: You can configure time alerts that notify you when you've been actively gaming for a set duration. This helps you stay aware of the time spent on OKPiso.
• Self-exclusion: You can request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your OKPiso account is locked and you cannot deposit, bet, or log in. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends.
• Cooling-off periods: Shorter breaks of 24 hours to 7 days can be set if you feel you need temporary distance from gaming without a formal self-exclusion.

Using any of these tools has no negative impact on your OKPiso account status, VIP tier, or pending bonuses. 12. Privacy and Data

• By registering on OKPiso, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory requirements, and communicate with you about your account and promotions.
• OKPiso does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data OKPiso holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to OKPiso's legal retention obligations. Contact support@okpiso.my for any data-related requests.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on OKPiso — including but not limited to the OKPiso brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of OKPiso or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the OKPiso platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any OKPiso content without prior written permission from OKPiso. Scraping OKPiso data, whether manually or through automated means, is expressly prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

OKPiso provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While OKPiso takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and the accuracy of game outcomes and odds, the following limitations apply:

• OKPiso is not liable for losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to network interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events outside OKPiso's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• OKPiso is not responsible for losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally permitted.
• In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes or bet settlements, OKPiso's liability is limited to returning the affected stake to the player's wallet. OKPiso does not compensate for any additional losses, expected winnings, or consequential damages arising from technical errors.
• OKPiso does not accept liability for any losses that are the result of your decisions as a player — including betting strategy, game selection, and the amount wagered.

15. Amendments to These Terms

OKPiso may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the new revision date. OKPiso will notify registered players of material changes through email or an in-platform notification.

Continuing to use OKPiso after Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect. Contact support@okpiso.my if you have questions about any amendment.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which OKPiso is licensed. Any dispute arising from your use of the OKPiso platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with OKPiso support will be handled in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures in that jurisdiction.

Before escalating any dispute formally, OKPiso encourages players to contact support directly. The majority of account, payment, and bonus queries are resolved at the support level without requiring formal proceedings. OKPiso's support team can be reached at support@okpiso.my.
